InteGreatness with Brandilyn Tebo: Using Parts Work to Embrace Your Wholeness

LISTEN NOW

Brandilyn Tebo is an acclaimed Transformational Life Coach, bestselling author, inspirational speaker and founder and host of The Shift Retreats. For the past 10 years, she has been traveling the world to study and teach transformational modalities and healing arts such as inner child work, subconscious belief reprogramming, Parts Work (Internal Family Systems), The Feel Good Life Methodology, Authentic Relating, Somatic Healing, The Work of Byron Katie and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

In this episode, Brandilyn introduces the concept of Parts Work, which is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based psychotherapy approach. She describes how this method can be used to understand yourself & support your growth and healing process. If you’ve ever wondered “Why do I always do this?” - by the end of this episode, you’ll have greater clarity on what is going on when you experience what feels like self-sabotage.

Brandilyn also describes a concept of her own devising, which she calls “InteGreatness” – a unification of the concepts of integrity, integration, and greatness. She explains the etymology of these words and how you can use them to guide and understand the journey of self-healing and stepping to your true power.

Brandilyn is a true healer, and I have so much respect and admiration for all that she creates and gives in service to the world. I’m always excited to share her with my coaching students and now via Reconnect Radio I get to share her wisdom with you, too!
