Kasey McCutcheon, M-OT is a pediatric occupational therapist at Bridge Wellness Center, a clinic that she and her husband founded in Phoenix, AZ. She is also a reiki practitioner, registered yoga teacher, devoted wife and dog mom, adventurer, AND the younger sister of Tara Kemp.
In this episode, they recount their experience navigating their relationship within Tara’s mental health struggles, particularly her relationship with food. The intention of this episode is to bring light to the messiness of loving someone through mental illness & repairing the relationship on the other side. They are open, vulnerable, and real about what they each experienced, including the pain and the difficult – but ultimately beautiful and powerful – lessons they received in the process.
