While we both are big supporters of using nutrition as a tool for healing, that sometimes leads to putting ALL your focus on what you are eating – which not only leaves out the many other pieces of the puzzle of true health, but is also usually to the detriment of your health and overall well-being.


Today, Olivia’s most passionate message is that health goes far beyond food – that health is your IDENTITY. It is who you are at the most fundamental level. It is your body’s natural state of being. And if your mental health is suffering in order to achieve the physical health you are seeking – it’s time to re-evaluate.


We are kindred spirits in the fundamental belief that it all starts within – with your relationship to yourself. When you are living in deep connection to yourself, the rest falls into place with ease. Nobody else can tell you what is of your highest good better than YOU can when you know yourself. Ultimately, you are your own guru, and you create your own path forward. Know yourself, love yourself, and wherever THAT takes you, is where you will embody your healthiest self.
